Ticket Stub: AVE to Barcelona

On Wednesday i caught the AVE train from Madrid to Barcelona. Its not the cheapest way to get there but it sure is the fastest, and the most comfortable. It also only takes 3 hours instead of 8 by bus or taking a plane (which if i don't have to i don't). The metro station in Madrid was really nice with turtles as well, which was different. I had a great time in Madrid, its easy to get around and i would go back soon if there wasn't a lot of different places i still want to go. But i will miss Madrid.

Well I'm traveling to Spain today in 6 hours with a stop over in Dallas, Texas. I'm very excited but also nervous at the same time. I'm not so good at flying. I tend to suffer from anxiety but I love to travel so I just deal with it. Mostly through alcohol. 
I have had a great time in Phoenix and will miss everyone here. I have felt very welcomed and loved by the people i have had the pleasure of meeting and also from the people i have know a long time that live here. 
So i'll say see you later and i'll send postcards.  
By the way today just happens to be Cinco De Mayo so maybe i'll drink margaritas at the airport to help celebrate.
